Michael Adam Beck is senior pastor at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Ocala, FL. He led the process introduced in this book at Wildwood UMC in Wildwood, FL. He directs fresh expressions initiatives for Discipleship Ministries, speaks and teaches at seminaries, churches, and conferences, and is the author of several books from Abingdon Press.

STEPHANIE MOORE HAND

Stephanie Moore Hand is a dynamic advocate for justice. She draws from experiences as a Fortune 500 executive non-profit leader, in politics, as a Methodist clergy and consultant. Her global speaking engagements equip people to discover God-sized kingdom solutions for a more just and equitable world, "On earth as it is in heaven." She serves as a Vitality Strategist and Emerging Community Pastor in the Western North Carolina Conference.

Isaiah Park is a pastor at Floris-Restoration United Methodist Church in Northern Virginia where fresh expressions are being launched and cultivated: Theology on Tap, Open Mic, Popup Concerts, Furry Friends Church, Nature Church, Movie Church, Karaoke Church, Nerd Church, and Messy Church. For more than two decades, Isaiah has been involved in leading and developing innovative ministry including church planting. She is passionate about meeting people and doing ministry in unconventional spaces in order to expand the reach of the church. Isaiah earned a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary (Washington, D.C.) and is currently in the Fresh Expressions and the Future Church Doctor of Ministry program at United Theological Seminary (Dayton, OH).
